The Anatomy of Self Care is a 5 week course designed to help you attract more of what you want. By creating the structure for a self care ritual, you are proclaiming what’s important to you and how you want to live your life. In this 5 week course, you’ll learn stress reduction / management techniques, how to create a daily routine and why it matters, digestion and food habits, how to build ojas (the container for abundant energy and is the force that enables us to sustain change), and how to cultivate pleasure.
