I’m an Ayurveda Health Counselor helping women deeply nourish themselves by establishing simple habits that support hormone health, womb wellness, and fertility so they can heal their menstrual cycle imbalances while feeling more empowered by, and at home in, their wise bodies. I love to garden, read romantasy books, find the magical in the mundane, and spend time with Mother Nature.
