I’m inspired by Nature, deep connection, and people who stand in their messy humanness. I am absolutely alive when I am of service helping women reclaim their health and remember their wild & sacred power.

I’m an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Holistic Perinatal Health Consultant, herbalist, and a restorative yoga teacher combining ancient wisdom with modern science. I believe rest is a birthright, your true essence is bliss and radiance, and all of you belongs here.

Ayurveda is the world's oldest healing modality with the fundamental belief that you are a unique expression of divine creation; there is no one size fits all.

It's with this shared belief that I help you create structure and establish habits to help you feel the way you want to feel so you can become the person you want to be.
