If you feel like the wellness world has left you out, has overlooked you and your whole beautiful self, has made you feel ashamed for wanting to enjoy your precious life, I created the Whole Heart Mentorship for you.

Inside the Whole Heart Mentorship, we’ll work together for at least 4 months to…

  • cultivate the felt sense of safety in your body

  • create the conditions that allow you to experience better digestion, deeper sleep, more sustained energy, and easeful periods

  • expand your capacity for presence and resilience

  • re-member yourself, to bring all the parts of you back together, to work in harmony with your body, to listen to your wise woman inside

  • (re)claim your Wholeness and embody your Aliveness

  • get in touch with your deeper desires and how to move in the direction of bringing them to life

Using the power of ancient wisdom coupled with the support of modern science, you’ll learn how to live with greater ease, longevity, and sustainability. You’ll learn the three basic pillars of personal wellness—food, sleep, and sex—plus various practices for each pillar to bring you greater enjoyment and pleasure in your body and in your life.

This is about cultivating congruency between what you want and what you do. You’ll learn how to make sustainable changes that move you in the direction of your goals. This is not a quick fix, but a life long journey of self discovery. And because you’re a unique spark of Creation with your own lived experience, I believe there’s no one size fits all to wellness. We’ll work together to find the practices that most support YOU and your whole heart.

We’ll call in the practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, Herbalism, and Nervous System Health to bring you home to yourself. You’ll move closer to the truest part of you, allowing you to live a life with more purpose, abundance, pleasure, and ease.

The Whole Heart Mentorship is designed for the person who is committed to seeing change and getting long lasting results. It’s at least 4 months of individualized and private coaching that opens the pathway to whole life nourishment. I believe you are your own greatest healer. I deeply desire to empower you by putting your healing back in your own heart and body. I don’t know anyone else better equipped for the journey than you.

This is for you if you’re ready to make the shift towards greater health, wellness, abundance, creativity, ease, balance, vitality, purpose, and pleasure. Together, we’ll create a plan to move in the direction of your whole heart’s expression.

In 4 months, you’ll have a better understanding of:

  • the patterns and cycles influencing your health

  • how the various aspects of your life are affecting your well-being

  • the healing properties available in your food, sleep, sex habits

  • the individualized lifestyle changes designed to support your unique physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health

Benefits include:

  • significant reduction in stress and overwhelm. Stress reduction alone has the ability to improve everything else.

  • better digestion which includes not only physical digestion of food but the digestion of emotions and experiences of your life

Two packages are available:

  • The Whole Package includes one initial intake session plus (2) 60 minute sessions per month, custom tea and herbal blends every month, personalized meditations and nervous system hygiene practices, private hub for all your notes and practices, and unlimited text support during business hours (M-Th). $3,500 total or $875 per month. 4 month commitment required.

  • The Sessions Only Package includes one initial intake session plus (2) 60 minute session per month (total of 9 sessions), private hub for all your notes and practices, and unlimited text support during business hours (M-Th). $1,300 total or $325 per month. 4 month commitment required.

How it works:

The Whole Heart Mentorship is 4 months of individualized, private coaching. I offer my services in months rather than sessions because I want you to build consistency and momentum in your healing journey. In this 4 month package, you’ll get:

  • a minimum of two calls a month. The first call is a 2 hour intake call to address your health assessment form (provided prior to scheduling the first call) and discuss further findings. We’ll talk about HOW to get you where you want to be and what you need to do to get there.

  • 8x 60 minute subsequent calls, scheduled every 2 weeks. This is to build consistency and momentum. During these calls, the focus will be on your experience and what lifestyle changes to make so you can start to feel the difference that arises when you take your power to heal into your own body.

  • homework. This may look like self-inquiry practices, food/sleep/sex practices, or charting practices. It will depend on what we’re trying to balance or emphasize. Noticing and understanding your patterns is the key to unlocking your empowered wellness.

If accepted and you choose to work with me, you’ll receive an intake form to complete prior to our first session.
