breast, uterine, and intravaginal massage to soften adhesions and break up congestion
pelvic steaming to improve blood flow, release tension, and gently move stagnation
cycle charting to track peak fertility days (to either avoid unprotected sex or to double down on it) and the subtle changes of your own hormonal matrix that could reveal potential imbalances
somatic skills to invite more sensation and awareness to your sacred Center, especially supportive for those experiencing numbness
feminine psychology, mythology, and archetypes to liberate your life force and embody your power
how to cultivate your sacred yes so you know what you’re building, creating, and moving toward
using a speculum as a tool that fosters agency and autonomy at the dr office

Schedule
calls are held every Wednesday, March 26, 2025 - March 4, 2026, 6-7:30pm MT
teaching calls will be mostly sharing information with some group engagement and self-inquiry while embodiment calls are more experiential and practical application.
aside from the opening and closing circles, classes will follow a cyclical rhythm of 3 weeks on, 1 week off to allow for rest/integration, with a few longer breaks around the holidays.

Hi! I’m Margaret James. I’m an Ayurveda Health Counselor and Holistic Perinatal Health Consultant. I’ve been studying women’s health for 11 years and professionally practicing with clients for the last 5 years.
My path into this work came simply from my own desire to want to know more about myself and my body. I wasn’t satisfied with the “sex ed” I got in school (I grew up in Texas if that tells you the severe lack of sex ed I got…) and didn’t have women in my life I felt comfortable enough asking. And because it was all kept quiet, I thought the things I felt, experienced, and was curious about were bad and shameful. I’ve been on a mission to de-stigmatize these conversations ever since so women can reclaim their agency and autonomy, feel more in touch with their pleasure, and liberate themselves from the stranglehold of the patriarchy.
Together, we are reauthorizing you as an active participant in your health so you have more confidence in shaping the experiences that you do and do not want. Because you’re worthy of having your yes/no/maybe respected, honored, and celebrated. You deserve to have the information and education needed to make the right decision for you.

To get the most out of the program and your mentorship, we recommend you do as many of the practices as you can. But don’t worry, it’s all gradual and cumulative so you won’t have to overhaul your whole life. And if something doesn’t work for your current capacity or circumstances, then don’t do it! I trust you with you.
