  • In this 90 minute class, you'll learn:

    • what foods and exercise are most supportive in each phase (without it feeling like another set of rules to follow)

    • when to prioritize those important-but-not-urgent work and home tasks you keep putting off

    • why cyclical living is really a practice of self-compassion and self-discovery that can also improve your relationships, bolster your finances, and lead to spiritual fulfillment

  • Food is the foundation for fertility and reproductive health. In this mini-course, you'll learn the skills to make deeply nourishing foods that actually heal you from the inside out.

    • Class 1: Kitchen as an Altar

  • Learn the 22 minute practice that increases energy, improves focus, replenishes your reserves, and helps you become the rested woman of your dreams.

    You'll get 4 basic rest poses that can be down on the ground with props or on the couch where it's soft, along with habit evolution practices so a daily rest practice becomes second nature to you.
